Information about the Client Information Form

To ensure that your matter can be processed quickly and legally assessed, some basic information is required at the beginning. The Client Information Form is primarily used to record your personal data and the information required to open and process your mandate in a structured manner.

Submit the completed Client Information Form by e-mail

The Client Information Form can be completed digitally. Printing it out is not required. Once completed, the form can be sent directly by email to info@kanzlei-hoang.de. Alternatively, you may also use the contact form below.

Please complete the Client Information Form as fully as possible and attach any relevant documents, such as a termination letter, employment contract, termination agreement, warning letter, payslips or correspondence with your employer.

This allows your matter to be processed more quickly and legally assessed more reliably.
